Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of logistics and operations in our client's warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and logistics, with a proven track record of maximizing efficiency, minimizing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and logistics processesManage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reportingOversee shipment scheduling and ensure on-time delivery of goodsMonitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvementDevelop and implement safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environmentLead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as neededCollaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operationsPrevious experience in working with Bulk CommoditiesStrong leadership and communication skillsProficient in warehouse management systems and softwareKnowledge of industry best practices and regulationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
