Warehouse Operations Coordinator (JB4542) R18 000 – R20 000 per month CTC Modderfontein, Johannesburg, Gauteng Permanent A leading provider of automated cash management and payment solutions within the retail community is looking for a warehouse operations coordinator to join their team.
As the warehouse operations coordinator you will be responsible for all functions of stock and equipment and ensuring all stock is monitored, accounted for, and recorded accordingly.
Minimum Requirements: Matric 2 + years experience in a similar role MS proficient SAP Software proficient Updated forklift license essential Direct stock control experience Duties: Verify and document the return of all spares from Field Technicians and suppliers, whether they are new or faulty.
Verify and document the receipt of all new and serviced/repaired spares back into stock.
Place all received spares in the appropriate holding areas in the Stores, categorized by their condition (new or faulty) and repair status.
Issue and record all spares provided to Field Technicians for boot stock, ensuring that all requests are justified, controlled, and monitored.
Ensure that for all new spares issued to Field Technicians, there is a corresponding return of the faulty swapped-out spares to Stores.
Immediately inform management if field technicians cannot account for swapped-out spares.
Assign and distribute spares weekly to external service providers' branches and agents nationally, ensuring that the correct types and quantities are dispatched on time to avoid over and under-stocking.
Maintain accurate records of all dispatched spares to ensure that the necessary quantities of faulty swapped-out spares are returned to Stores.
Receive and document all spares returned from external service providers' branches or agents nationally, and sort them into the appropriate areas in stores.
Monitor the stockholding of all spares nationally to ensure timely placement of orders for replenishment, avoiding stock-outs.
Conduct monthly stock counts of all spares held in stores on dates provided by the operations inventory manager.
Compile and submit a report of all the national stock counts to management.
Keep the stores neat and organized at all times, ensuring that all spares are stored in a manner that prevents damage.
Ensure that all paperwork is up-to-date and filed daily.
Adhere to all health and safety protocols and immediately report any unsafe situations, conditions, or practices in the Stores area to the operations inventory manager.
Be available to work overtime on an ad-hoc basis as required.
