Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of stock within the warehouse, ensuring optimal inventory levels, accuracy in stock reconciliations, and compliance with quality standards. This role is critical in driving performance within the warehouse, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:
Oversee the management of all stock within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
Manage and coordinate all dispatch activities to ensure orders are shipped in a timely and accurate manner.
Supervise and lead a team of dispatchers and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Regular audits and reconciliation processes.
Ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment, minimizing stock discrepancies.
Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into stock performance, trends, and forecasting.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all stock management systems.
Ensure all stock management practices comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Monitor and maintain quality control standards within the warehouse, ensuring stock is handled and stored appropriately.
Drive performance within the warehouse by setting and monitoring KPIs related to stock management.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stock management efficiency and accuracy.
Lead and mentor the stock management team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other stakeholders to align stock management with overall business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and logistics partners.
Lead, motivate, and develop the stock management team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.

What Do You Need?:
Diploma/Degree in warehouse management or logistics
3-5 years of experience in warehouse management.
Experience in the electrical field would be a bonus.
Very experienced with dispatching and stock management.
Have great interpersonal and communication skills.
Well proven managerial and problem-solving skills.
