Bombela Maintenance is looking to recruit 1 x Warehouse Manager.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure safe, reliable and available materials and equipment through the management of an effective and efficient stores function.
These roles will be based at the Gautrain Maintenance Depot in Midrand, Johannesburg.
YOUR ROLE: Ensure the safety and quality assurance within the warehouseEffective self and team managementCost ControlEnsure proper storage and management of materials, tools & equipmentStrict adherence to policies and proceduresYOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Warehouse / Materials Management Diploma5 years experience in railway preferably Rolling stock and Wayside materials and componentsAdvanced computer literacy (Maximo, SAP & Baan)Good interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety ActKnowledge of stores/store keeping processes and proceduresKnowledge of inventory/materials managementQuality ManagementWe thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
