Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving
Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery
Prepare and manage the warehouse budget, ensuring effective resource allocation
Analyze operational data to identify trends and make informed decisions for improvement
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office Suite
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Relevant degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is an advantage
