Job Title: Warehouse/Operations ManagerLocation: Milnerton, Cape TownSalary: Negotiable Key Responsibilities:Process, capture, and invoice orders. Resolve stock issues with customer care/sales reps. Handle back orders and coordinate with the debtors' department on overdue accounts.Submit daily cash-ups, reconcile petty cash, handle credit notes, and manage monthly receipts (credit card, fuel). Approve and submit invoices and ensure bank deposits.Manage daily operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution: plan staffing, workflows, and space requirements to meet productivity standards. Conducted quarterly stock takes, managed non-conforming stock, and investigated discrepancies.Train and lead warehouse teams to solve operational issues and ensure efficient performance.Oversee security, maintenance, repairs, and staff leave/overtime. Assist walk-in clients, manage office supplies, and cover for Warehouse assistants when absent.Minimum Requirements:Matric certificate or equivalent.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/operations management.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in inventory management and order processing systems.Valid driver's license, ability to work under pressure, and good communication skills. Forklift license advantageous.
