Warehouse Administrator - Johannesburg

The Absolute Pets Warehouse in Kempton Park, Johannesburg is looking for two Warehouse Administrators to join the Warehouse team.
Each Warehouse Administrator will have slightly different roles and responsibilities.
Please see the roles and responsibilities below for both Warehouse Assistant positions: 1.  Warehouse Administrator (Receiving) Responsibilities and Primary Functions: Submit all invoices within 24 hours of receipt.
Manage and follow up on credit notes daily.
Check daily GRVs and update receiving register.
Create and capture reports as agreed with management.
Follow up on long and overdue orders.
Keep track of pallets in the yard and ensure pallets are being collected by suppliers.
Perform item counts to verify stock for receipt queries.
Manage and execute supplier requests.
Filing of general documentation (invoices, pick tickets & PODs for all deliveries) Manage recall stock from stores and store allocations (buy-in allocations).
General warehouse admin.
Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Responsibilities and Secondary Functions: Accurate checking of stock brought back to warehouse Correct matching of paperwork with stock returns Damaged returns need to be reported to the Inventory controller for write off All stock written off by area managers for donations etc.
