Warehouse Administrator

Minimum requirements:Grade 12 coupled with 2-4 year's experience in a similar roleTertiary qualification in Warehousing/Supply Chain Management or related will be advantageousProficiency in Afrikaans and/or English language is essentialComputer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel and SAPRole and responsibilities:Ensure external Warehouses sufficient stockStock take reconciliationsAudit stock movementDocumentation for all movement in and out of external WarehousesCoordinate Sales, Quality, Finance and LogisticsStock code transfersData validation and analysisSales Orders and Delivery notes and returnsDistribute stock from external suppliers not packed Health and SafetyParticipate in safety forums Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meetings / committees / representatives / managementReport all safety incidents to the relevant peopleAttend safety education and refresher programmesComply with safety policies and procedures Distribute safety information as and when requiredWear protective clothing (where applicable) at all times
