Warehouse Administrator

The purpose of this position is to ensure that deliveries to and from the External warehouses works efficiently, and that the correct amount of stock is available to be sold.
All documentation and stock take.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Ensure External warehouses sufficient stock Stock take reconciliations Audit stock movement Documentation for all movement in and out of external warehouses Coordinate Sales, Quality, Finance and Logistics Stock code transfers Data validation and analysis Sales Orders and Delivery notes and returns Distribute stock from external suppliers  QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE A tertiary qualification in Warehousing, Supply Chain Management or related (preferred Literate in Afrikaans and/or English Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel and SAP) A minimum of 2 years' Warehouse Administration experience Stock Management experience Knowledge, Skills and Attributes Computer literate: MS Office Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Strong administration, organisation and problem-solving skills Good interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills Understanding of business and financial acumen Good understanding of relevant policies and procedures  Functional Workplace Skills or Requirements Warehouse stock management procedure Returns & Rejections Procedure
