Job Description: A leading label company is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Administrator/Driver to manage warehouse operations and ensure timely deliveries. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with production and sales teams. Additionally, they will handle deliveries, ensuring products are transported safely and efficiently to clients. The position could involve a range of tasks, per the candidate's level of confidence or expertise.
Responsibilities: Dealing with some clients (telephonically) and taking on work orders. Emailing clients. Entering new jobs into the job book. Preparing the paperwork for print runs (traffic of print runs). Ordering of certain stocks. The dispatching of completed work (possibly planning the driver's delivery route). Deliveries twice a week. Assisting in the factory with light tasks. Counting/packing labels. Running some light machinery such as a rewinder or over printer. Assisting in the Digital Studio: Light physical tasks such as cutting, counting, and packing of labels. Varnishing of labels. Possibly learning some artwork basics in CorelDraw. Possibly planning and even running some jobs. Qualifications & Skills: Attention to detail and good self-management and organizational skills. A pleasant telephone manner is an advantage. Computer skills such as E-mail, MS Office, and Excel are required. Proficient in basic mathematics, as well as ratios and proportions. Good communication skills. Good command of the English language, both spoken and written. Efficient, vigilant, and accurate with the transfer and capturing of data. Code 8 Driver's license. No special skills are required as these are taught on-site. They would be imparted by the candidate's capacity and desire to learn.
