Wages AdministratorA leading Industrial Services company is looking for a Wages Administrator to join their successful team.Must have Integrity payroll experience of at least 3 years and preferably currently working on it.Wages experience in weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls is required.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll and prepare all payroll data input for computer processing.Maintain employee master payroll records.Check, record, and process leave and allocate relevant shifts.Report worker's compensation accidents and prepare follow-up reports.Monthly Wage Reconciliations and Reports.Complete relevant discharge forms i.e. UIF, Provident Fund, certificate of services.Complete any relevant withdrawal forms.Prepare data input for computer processing of payments.Deal with queries from employees and Branch Managers.General payroll administration.Perform in a manner which strengthens the coordination and cooperation of all organisational components of the company.Desired Experience & QualificationGrade 12.Relevant Qualification is beneficial.Working experience on computerised payrolls is essential.Knowledge of the Integrity payroll system is mandatory.Knowledge of "Job Costing" is essential.Practical payroll experience in running weekly wage payrolls of approximately 500 staff independently and through data capturing, not clock-card downloads, is essential.Understanding and ability to implement Branch and SEIFSA Wage Agreements.Aptitude for figures and high sense of duty.Aptitude for working with computers.Excellent organisation, planning, and communication skills.Able to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and work under extreme pressure.Team player.Strong work ethics and accuracy.Package & RemunerationShould you not receive a response within 14 days of applying, please consider your application unsuccessful.
