Reception/Office Administrator- 5-month Fixed Term Contract- Vereeniging Available to start immediately Must be resident in the Vaal Triangle Min Matric and relevant experience Own reliable transport and valid drivers licence Fully conversant in both English and Afrikaans Computer literate Reception/ Switchboard and Office Administration duties FICA documents for Client Submitting reports Typing pf Monthly Agenda for meetings Ordering of stationary, and refreshments and consumables Petty Cash management Maintain Office Diary Typing of Minutes and attending Board meetings Maintain reception area If you do not meet the required criteria, you application will be deemed as unsuccessful
