Our client, Rora Orchards (Pty) Ltd, is looking for an energetic, accurate experience VIP Payroll expert to join their team on their farm in Wolseley RESPONSIBILITIES Payroll Function VIP Payroll TMS Administration & 'Tags' UIF, Provident fund, Garnishee orders Deductions WCA & COIDA Administration Keeping employee record up to date Employment & Housing contracts Doctor's notes, Absenteeism Training & Disciplinary records Employment Equity, Provident fund Financial administration Monthly recons Fort nightly budget EMP201, ETI UIF and COIDA submissions REQUIREMENTS: Essential to have working VIP Payroll experience of at least 2 years Fluent verbal and written communication skills Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar agriculture environment At least 1 year experience in TMS clocking system Experience and basic knowledge of Xero accounting will be an advantage Excellent computer skills Must be hardworking and accurate Ability to work under pressure CLOSING DATE: 4 September 2024 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Recruitment procedures comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act No.4 of 2013 (POPI).
