Candidates who have done reporting on Vulnerability issues via Tenable and/or Qualys will be given first preference in the interviewing process!
The Managed Services division is growing and we would like to add an enthusiastic person to the vulnerability team, supporting the Team Lead in this division. Your keenness to learn and ability to pass on knowledge to juniors will ensure ample growth within the team and company.
You have a love for cybersecurity and need to ensure that not only we as a company, but also all our clients are not at risk at any given time.
Required experience / skills:

Good working exposure within a vulnerability environment/division
Microsoft Windows Patching
Implementation of Security and Cumulative Updates
Remediation of Security Vulnerabilities
WSUS Experience
SCCM Experience an Advantage
Previous/current Vulnerability Management technology is Highly Beneficial
Technology (used and/or have knowledge of):
Tenable (preferred used experience)
Qualys (preferred used experience)
Rapid7
Any other security product experience is welcomed in order to quickly understand the preferred technology used.

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Installation of VM devices such as scanners and console devices required for scanning
Upgrading & Maintenance of VM deployments at various clients
Configuration of scans, including compliance, vulnerability, WAS, PCI etc.
Internal & External assessments of client networks
Liaising with other teams such as SOC/MDR and broader Managed Services Team when new threats are detected
Health checks
Reporting
Engaging with customers
Presenting weekly and monthly Managed Services reports to customers
Client notification for new CVEs that are currently being exploited
CVE research
Product testing
Engaging with resellers
