Ict System Engineer

Requirements:A relevant Degree or Diploma.3+ years of relevant work experience in an IT support environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using logical pragmatic reasoning.Attention to detail.Fast and self-learning abilities.Results-orientation and eager to work hard and smart.Good communication skills.Willing to travel.Responsibilities:Planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining the groups ICT infrastructure, including:IT hardware: Includes procurement, setup, maintenance and replacement processesNetworking and cabling: Ensure consistent high standards throughout the groupConnectivity: Data, voice, telephonyDesktop security: Including antivirus, patch managementUser security awareness and trainingDesktop support servicesOther: Firewalls, VPN, Queueing systems, CCTVManagement of in-country IT teams (currently 6 people)Cost managementIf you possess the skills and experience required for this role, we invite you to apply and become an integral part of an innovative team.
