You'll spend time on the following: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base in South Africa, rest of Africa and Europe.Developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives and proposals.Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.Collaborating with the MD to set and achieve growth targets.Providing strategic input on marketing efforts to align with business goals.Preparing reports on business development activities and outcomes.Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities.Here's what we're looking for: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (ideally in PR or marketing).A strong understanding of marketing strategies and how they support business growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.A proactive and self-starter mindset - you'll have plenty of support but need to take initiative.Social media savvy, particularly with LinkedIn.Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with the unpredictability of a start-up.Interested?
