Saves / Retentions Agents Based in Randburg Working Hours Monday -Friday 7:30 - 18:00 Work every 2nd Saturday MAIN PURPOSE The Customer Service Agent: Saves role involves managing challenging inbound and outbound calls related to cancellations.
The primary objective of this position is to retain existing clients, resolve their concerns, and ensure they continue to do business with our company
