Responsibilities: When it comes to the customer experience at your store, the buck stops with you, as you ensure that each person gets an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution to their wireless needs. You'll also ensure that your store meets or exceeds sales goals, and that means overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives. Along the way, you'll stay current on all our technology so that you can be an expert for your team, and your customers, merchandising and arranging aggressive promotions weekly. Managing store teams with coaching and sales review, prepaid traders and canvassers to go out and sell starter packs and new contracts to grow the customer base. Finally, you'll make sure your store always looks its best. Qualifications: You've got prior sales and sales management experience with a customer-focused retailer. This includes previous consultative sales in consumer technology, coupled with a demonstrated record of high achievement. You've also got experience in operational, financial, and performance management, having previously managed site profit and loss. You've got a unique ability to lead and coach people to deliver great results. People who know you would say you're an amazing communicator, both with customers and teammates. You've got solid computer proficiency. A high school degree is essential, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred. You're ready for this? Competitive base pay (negotiable based on experience) plus unlimited commission BEST IN THE INDUSTRY GUARANTEED (+/- 10-20k take-home salary plus supplier incentives). Medical Aid & R.A after 1 year of service. Serious growth potential for your career. Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8 am to 5:45 pm
Friday: 8 am to 6:15 pm
Saturday: 8:45 am to 5:15 pm
Sunday and Public Holiday: 8:45 am to 3:15 pm
You will work 6 days a week with one day off a week (alternate Sunday and weekday).
Package: Basic salary: R8000 to R9000 plus commission (+/- R20000 commission).
