Assistant Resident Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an energetic and experienced Assistant Resident Manager to join our clients prestigious 5-star game lodge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing luxury guest services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Resident Manager in overseeing daily lodge operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Manage and train lodge staff, ensuring high standards of service and performance.
Coordinate and supervise guest activities and special events.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Monitor and maintain lodge facilities and inventory.
Implement and enforce lodge policies and procedures.
Support financial management tasks, including budgeting and cost control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in luxury hospitality or a similar high-end environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
Proficiency in lodge management software and MS Office.
Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or similar field preferred.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
