Employer Description Our client is a plastic manufacturer. Job Description Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Reading diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. Installing stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment (Extruder Line, Granulators, Injection Moulding machine) according to layout plans using hand and power tools. Operating machine tools to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machineries. Inspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions. Inspect heating system of Extruders & Injection moulding machines. Keeping detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation. Commissioning/De-commissioning of machines. Qualifications Millwright Trade Test (Red Seal) Skills Minimum work experience of 5 years Experience on PLC programming and troubleshooting: 2-3 years (Siemens)
