Ideally, you will be working for a main dealership, fast fit centre, or something similar and have an NVQ Level 3 qualification. An MOT testing qualification is beneficial but not required. The dealership needs someone self-motivated with the ability to achieve targets and work to a consistent professional standard. You'll work in a team of 6-8 Technicians.The dealership is offering a basic salary of up to £30,000 with an OTE of £45,000 plus overtime.
