Senior Fitter and Turner – Bellville, Cape Town.
A well-established Manufacturing Engineering company is looking for a 'Senior Fitter & Turner' to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town.

Position Requirements:

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Minimum N3 Engineering Studies Qualification (N6 Qualification in Engineering Studies preferred)
Section 13 Fitter and Turner Trade Test Certificate
At least 3 years of experience as a qualified Fitter and Turner in a manufacturing setting
Energetic, proactive, and capable of working under pressure
Valid driver's license with own reliable transportation

Position Responsibilities:

Proficiency in Preventative Maintenance Routines
Competence in Welding, Milling, and Turning
Familiarity with Pneumatics and Hydraulics
Experience with Gearboxes, Water Systems, and Cooling Towers
Basic Electrical Skills
Ability to perform Bearing and Shaft Changing
Aptitude in Fault Finding and Diagnosis
Knowledge of Lubrication techniques
