Vehicle Stock And Invoicing Manager

***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***Our client is a leading independent franchised motor dealership group with six branches in Gauteng, and plans for further expansion. They are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Stock and Invoicing Manager to join their team. You will need to be dedicated and detail-oriented with a deep understanding of VSB, vehicle invoicing, and accounts.Key Responsibilities:Manage Stock Takes: Conduct and oversee regular stock takes across all branches, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.Handle Financial Entries: Manage and process all financial entries related to vehicle stock, including reconciliation and auditing of accounts.New Car Releases: Coordinate and manage the release of new vehicles, ensuring all relevant documentation and invoicing are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Ingroup Reconciliations: Oversee and manage ingroup reconciliations, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.Supervise Junior Staff: Lead and mentor junior staff members, ensuring they meet performance expectations and develop professionally.DMS Management: Utilize the Keyloop/CDK/Drive DMS system for all stock and invoicing tasks, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow.Job Requirements:Matric CertificateA valid Drivers LicenseProven experience in a similar role within a franchised motor dealership.Excellent knowledge of Vehicle Stock Book (VSB), vehicle invoicing, and accounts.Proficiency with the Keyloop/CDK/Drive DMS system is essential.Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in accounts.Leadership skills with experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff.Ability to work effectively across multiple branches and manage competing priorities.Stable work historyContactable references You will need the following documents when applying; A FULL CV in Word or PDF format - Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for Leaving.Qualification Certificates (Matric Minimum)A recent photograph of yourselfCopy of Drivers License3 months of commission sheets/payslipsNames and contact numbers for at least 2 ReferenceAstor Automotive Staff T/A Astor Motor RecruitmentNOTE: Should you not hear from one of our Representatives within 14 days of submitting your application, please consider your application unsuccessful for this position.
