Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure shift handover / vehicle handover report is completed.All duties take place in accordance with the Validation ManualsPlanning and programming the daily tasks of the validation clerksEnsure that all the documentations are received on time and in order from the plazasAttend to all the queries from the Plaza level and also from the Validation clerksEnsure that all Validation Clerks perform their duties as per Contractual Obligations and Company Policies and ProceduresEnsure quality and quantity of all validation done comply with internal and external demandsEnsure that Exception Validation Anomalies is followed and reportedPrepare and submit e-tag roll up and Validation reports.Enquire IT in the repair and all incidents of all the computers of the department.Provide interviews and training to the Validation ClerksProvide assessment to all staff members annually.Programming the Closing and Roll up Schedule every three monthsTo perform overtime and standby duties as may be necessary.Ensure all health, safety and security policies and procedures are followed at all timesMaintain records of the validated paperwork in the Docufile.Ensure all validation work is complete, anomalies and days close checks accurate and resolved, before closure of days or performing of rollups.Assist validation clerks in their tasksEnsure day closure and rollups are performed according to scheduleEnsure no pending or backlog of validation tasks occurEnsure accurate and completed registers and filing of paperworkEnsure accuracy, quality and quantity of validation work performed by staffQualifications, Skills and Required Competencies to meet the Job OutcomesGrade 12Diploma or certificate will be an added advantageMS Word/ExcelCompanys Contractual ObligationsToll Collection ProceduresValid Unendorsed Code 08 Drivers License advantageExcellent communication skills in EnglishInterpersonal Relationship Skills and teamworkKnowledge of Toll Collection ProcedureBasic Computer Literacy SkillsConflict Resolution SkillsOrganisational AlertnessExcellent Numerical SkillsAdvanced or Prior Supervisory SkillsThe physical demands are those required of an office worker, and to move around from office to officeThis Job Specification indicates only the main duties and responsibilitiesof the position and therefore is not intended as an exhaustive list.By applying for this position, you consent in terms of the Protection ofPersonal Information Act (PoPI) to your personal information being obtained;utilised and stored by the Company through inter alia, reference checks,credit checks and trace reportsN.B!
