Essential Duties & Responsibilities Ensure shift handover / vehicle handover report is completed. All duties take place in accordance with the Validation Manuals Planning and programming the daily tasks of the validation clerks Ensure that all the documentations are received on time and in order from the plazas Attend to all the queries from the Plaza level and also from the Validation clerks Ensure that all Validation Clerks perform their duties as per Contractual Obligations and Company Policies and Procedures Ensure quality and quantity of all validation done comply with internal and external demands Ensure that Exception Validation Anomalies is followed and reported Prepare and submit e-tag roll up and Validation reports. Enquire IT in the repair and all incidents of all the computers of the department. Provide interviews and training to the Validation Clerks Provide assessment to all staff members annually. Programming the Closing and Roll up Schedule every three months To perform overtime and standby duties as may be necessary. Ensure all health, safety and security policies and procedures are followed at all times Maintain records of the validated paperwork in the Docufile. Ensure all validation work is complete, anomalies and days close checks accurate and resolved, before closure of days or performing of rollups. Assist validation clerks in their tasks Ensure day closure and rollups are performed according to schedule Ensure no pending or backlog of validation tasks occur Ensure accurate and completed registers and filing of paperwork Ensure accuracy, quality and quantity of validation work performed by staff Qualifications, Skills and Required Competencies to meet the Job Outcomes Grade 12 Diploma or certificate will be an added advantage MS Word/Excel Companys Contractual Obligations Toll Collection Procedures Valid Unendorsed Code 08 Drivers License advantage Excellent communication skills in English Interpersonal Relationship Skills and teamwork Knowledge of Toll Collection Procedure Basic Computer Literacy Skills Conflict Resolution Skills Organisational Alertness Excellent Numerical Skills Advanced or Prior Supervisory Skills The physical demands are those required of an office worker, and to move around from office to office This Job Specification indicates only the main duties and responsibilities of the position and therefore is not intended as an exhaustive list.
