The Ideal Candidate Will Have a Strong Passion For User-centered Design And a Proven Track Record Of Creating Exceptional User Interfaces.Key CompetenciesUI / UX and familiar with user centred design approach2 years' worth of experience using design software such as Figma, In Vision, Axure and Adobe CC Suite.Agile Working Model (AWM) CharterConfluence / JiraDevOpsRelevant IT Degree / Work Experience / DiplomaResponsibilitiesContribute to the refinement of user stories by developing wireframes and UI/UX input.Clarify open points through proposal development and prototyping.Design and develop front-end user interfaces across various devices.Contribute to the development of a consistent brand look and feel.Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and collaborate with stakeholders.QualificationsRelevant IT degree or diploma with 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer.Sound knowledge of UI/UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.Proficiency in design software such as Figma, InVision, Axure, and Adobe CC Suite.Experience with UI frameworks like AntDesign or Material UI.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in a distributed team environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Agile development methodologies.Familiarity with Confluence and Jira.Understanding of DevOps practices.Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into successful implementations.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Experience communicating with foreign customers.
