About the role:As a UX Designer, your role will focus on contributing to the development of user-centric design solutions within the apps team, by applying UX best practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end user experience solutions, ensuring alignment with product strategies and UX standards.
Our ideal candidate has:4+ years of experience in either UX OR UIWorking with Figma, FigJam, and Miro.Knowledge of CX design, HTML, and CSS.Experience in working on products from cradle to grave.Proven experience in designing and leading user research strategies, interviews, surveys, and usability studies, and translating findings into UX requirements.Experience in translating feature requirements into visual designs across platforms.Experience designing wireframes and prototypes whilst having the ability to conduct usability testing.Knowledge of agile project management principles.Desire to mentor others.Communications Skills.Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills.Education:Education: Completed a Bachelors degree in Design or equivalent.If you are interested in being part of this dynamic team, on a mission to build the best bank in the world through unlocking the potential of its people, please apply.
