Mechanical Designer - 6 Month Contract

As a Mechanical Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing mechanical systems for a diverse range of exciting projects Employing Revit and BIM 360, you will create and manage design models (proficiency in Revit is essential) Collaborate on large-scale projects encompassing retail, commercial, residential, and industrial sectors Participate in site meetings and perform inspections to ensure alignment and maintain project quality Work closely with professional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution Projects will include expansive retail shopping centers, commercial office buildings, deep basements, high-rise apartments, residential housing developments, luxury single-family homes, and industrial distribution facilities Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 3 years of experience in building services Proficient in Revit and BIM 360 (non-negotiable) Proficient in AutoCAD Experience conducting clash detection and clash avoidance Excellent communication skills Qualification: BSc/BEng/BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
