Their core focus is the planning and execution of convenience retail centres with a strong national tenant profile. They have successfully completed greenfield developments, as well as the acquisition and redevelopment of existing retail centres.
The client is recruiting for a qualified and experienced Utilities Manager to join our team.
Requirements:Grade 12Tertiary Qualification in related field, or similarA minimum of 5 years' experience in utilities managementProficient in EXCEL, importing and exporting of meter informationResponsible for data capturingAbility to understand, analyse and interpret:Council chargesMeter readingsElectricity usage, consumption and chargesWater usage, consumption and chargesBackup Power usage, consumption and chargesGas usage, consumption and chargesBulk meter checksAbility to flag potential issues as well as table possible resolutionsManage the compliancy in terms of council regulationsClear criminal recordValid drivers' license and own vehicleKey Competencies and Skills:Ability to work under pressureMeet deadlines - excellent Time Management skillsExcellent Communication skillsPeople Management skillsSalary:Remuneration will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.
