The service is 365 days per year, 7 days a week which means that shifts are available 24/7.Main duties of the jobPrincipal duties and responsibilitiesTake responsibility for the patients assigned through the streaming process.Perform assessment of patients' needs, plan, implement, and evaluate clinical treatment and care using advanced clinical knowledge and skills.To assess diagnostics including ECGs, bloods, urinalysis, and X-rays.Be able to discuss with patients and carers the range of possible treatment/management options and their implications before treatment decisions are made.Instigate and implement clinical management and treatment changes when appropriate.Contribute to specific care guidelines and standards supporting the care of patients across the health economy.To implement Health and Safety and Risk Management appropriate to the area of work.To deliver aspects of the Clinical Governance Agenda, following the direction of the Clinical Leadership.Contribute to and manage various elements of auditing in the UTC.To have overall responsibility for other members of the clinical team within the UTC.About usGreenwich Health is the GP Federation for the Greenwich Borough.
