3 years' experience in the hospitality industry
Developing budgets, controlling operational costs, recording payroll data
Manage a team of staff, creating schedules, supervision of shifts, delegating tasks to staff & junior manager, hiring staff
Strong customer service skills
Able to work longer hours
Creative (able to facilitate creative classes)
Own transport
