Unit Manager - Occupational Health

Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the Occupational Health Clinic.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007.Manage and support clinic staff.Coordination of emergency procedures.Managing the health status of employees through on-going surveillance programmes.Develop and implement health and wellness programs.Liaise with stakeholders to maintain high standards of patient care.Analysing monthly reportsMinimum Candidate Requirements:Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).Certificates: Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision, Dispensing and BLSKnowledge of HIV/AIDS managementExperience in treatment of Injury on DutyComputer literacyProven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.Able to work rotational standby and call outs.
