Unit Manager Icu

An employment opportunity with a Private Hospital  group in KZN is available for a Unit Manager -ICU, reporting to the Nursing Services Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the delivery of quality nursing care in the ICU of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities Staff Management  Budget Management Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports        Conduct regular audits, risk assessment, and analyse data.
Development of a strategic plan for the efficient function of the unit   Minimum Requirements Academic Qualifications Nursing        Registered with South Africa Nursing Council a Registered Nurse Diploma in Critical Care        Minimum 3 years' experience in a nursing management capacity        Private Hospital experience will be added advantage
