Tuckshop Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Truck Stop Assistant Manager in Highbury.
Your duties will be as follows:

Perform daily cash-ups
Shift work
Open diesel tanks for suppliers to deliver fuel
Purchase stock and stock collection
Stock control (ensures that there is sufficient stock and the shelves have the correct amount of stock)
Stock take
Oversee all staff to ensure they perform their jobs correctly
Ensure oil separator and septic tanks are cleaned and working sufficiently
Ensure kitchen has sufficient stock to prepare food
Ensure everything within the truck stop is working sufficiently
Miscellaneous and ad hoc tasks

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From R12000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

Meyerton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

Retail management: 4 years (Required)

English (Required)

License/Certification:

Driver's license (Required)
