This role involves directing and executing P&SCM strategies, managing demand optimization, and overseeing procurement functions, including strategic, project, and tactical sourcing. The Senior Manager will also enhance logistics, compliance, and governance processes while managing resources effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead and align P&SCM strategies to achieve organizational goals. Direct demand management and optimization functions. Oversee sourcing strategies and procurement operations. Enhance logistics, disposal, and supply chain management functions. Ensure governance and compliance within procurement processes. Manage P&SCM budgets and promote talent development. Qualifications: Honours Degree in Commerce, Law, or Engineering. Minimum 10 years of expertise in procurement and supply chain management. Professional registration (e.g., MCIPS) is preferred.
