Job Description
We have a new opportunity for a Travel Coordinator who will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate travel for employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience. This role includes researching and booking travel accommodations, managing itineraries, and liaising with travel service providers. This role will be based in our Cape Town office in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
Research, plan, and coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerariesAssist in managing travel budgets and ensure compliance with company policiesEstablish and maintain relationships with travel vendors and service providers to secure the best rates and servicesAddress and resolve travel-related issues, such as cancellations, delays, or changes in plansPrepare travel documentation and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained prior to bookingEducate employees on travel policies and ensure adherence to guidelinesGenerate reports on travel expenses and trends for management reviewProvide excellent customer service to employees and respond to inquiries related to travel
Essential Qualifications / Skills:
Proven experience in travel coordination or a similar roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in travel management software and MS Office SuiteDegree preferredAttention to detail and ability to work under pressureKnowledge of travel regulations and industry trends
