Explore More Travel is looking for highly motivated and skilled inbound tour consultants to join our growing team. Candidates need to have a minimum of 3-years Inbound consulting experience and a very good knowledge of Southern African products and services. We are looking for a dynamic individual who has excellent organisational skills, good time management and can also work independently. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential, while offering high levels of professional service for luxury travel clientele is crucial. The role will be target & sales driven and will be office-based in the Southern Suburbs (Claremont, Cape Town). We are looking for enthusiastic & passionate professionals, who are prepared to take on a wide variety of roles as our business grows.
Key Performance Areas:

Having a passion for the travel industry and South Africa
A minimum of 3-years inbound tour consulting experience
In-depth product knowledge of Southern Africa
All-rounder with experience in FIT and ad hoc group quoting and processing
Attention to detail with strong administration skills
Sales skills in converting quotes to bookings
Constantly engaging with key South African suppliers to ensure delivery of the best product and service for our guests
Be able to build relationships with customers and suppliers
Ability to professionally communicate via email as well as telephonically
Take ownership ensuring all elements are taken care of in a professional and organized manner
Other key attributes: multi-tasker, team player, figures orientated and organised

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R15000,00 - R30000,00 per month
