A high-end skincare and lifestyle brand that caters to consumers' needs for non-toxic and luxury-based products is looking for a Key Accounts Associate and Trade Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the company's sales ecosystem. This multifaceted position involves managing key client relationships, driving sales efforts, and coordinating trade activities within designated territories.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Accounts Associate:
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with assigned client portfolio
Provide essential support to Key Account Managers, aiding in issue resolution and information dissemination
Execute administrative tasks to facilitate efficient operations for Key Accounts
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and support Key Account Management initiatives
Direct Sales:
Engage with existing customers and prospects to promote the company's products
Utilise database resources to identify potential leads and opportunities
Conduct persuasive sales presentations via phone and screen sharing
Independently manage trade interactions across various channels including salons/spas, boutique hotels, juice bars, wine estate stores, markets, and online platforms
Lead Generation:
Proactively generate and assess leads through cold calling and order processing
Take ownership of order management, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
Follow up on payments and provide necessary support to the orders department
Sales Administration & Reporting:
Act as a liaison between departments to gather essential information for sales documentation
Coordinate monthly reports and ensure timely distribution to stakeholders
Assist the National Commercial Manager and Trade Marketing Manager in generating required reports
Facilitate the listing of new products with retailers, both locally and internationally
Manage and oversee trade samples and sachets.
Point of Sale Stock Control:
Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to fulfil requirements for sales representatives and promoters
Ensure timely availability of relevant point-of-sale materials for various accounts
Communicate effectively with the supply chain team to coordinate field sales representatives' needs
Ensure adherence to launch timelines and coordinate closely with the orders department
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in field sales management, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods sector
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Demonstrated proficiency in sales administration and reporting
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, as necessary
