Travel Administrator

The Travel Administrator's duties and responsibilities shall be as follows: Managing the administration of travel requests and queriesServe as a liaison person between the company and the Travel Management CompanyBook and confirm the travel requests as directedHandling special requests such as pre and post ground extensions (hotel, transfers, flights etc.), dietary, medical needs, and VIP arrangements.Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings when required.Photocopying and printing various documents to the travel agency for processing and authorizations, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.Facilitate the signing of travel invoices before submission to finance for processing payment.Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based informationReconciliation of travel invoices to source documents within the companySeniority levelEntry level
