The ideal candidate must possess expertise in various vendor-specific transport OSS, with a strong ability to interpret microwave radio configurations, manage related alarms and optimise IP-MPLS configurations. Additionally, proficiency in IP dynamic routing protocols, QoS configuration in microwave radios and routers, TWAMP counters and big data processing is essential. This role leverages in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and various technical solutions to assist the customer in improving their network performance by increasing operational efficiencies within their network. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and optimised network performance.
