Requirements Experience:   5-10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of managing a workshop or production team.
Management Skills:   Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
Technical Expertise:   In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques.
Communication:   Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, senior management, and external stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions.
