Transport / Logistics Coordinator

Experience Required:Proven experience in transport coordination or logisticsExcellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office and IQ Retail is beneficialKnowledge of the local area and road networks is an advantage.What our client offers:Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and growing industry.Supportive team environment with opportunities for development.Chance to contribute to the success of a well-respected company.Key Responsibilities: Coordinating daily deliveries in the George and surrounding areasKeeping schedules and booking of all deliveriesLiasing with sales staffLiasing with satellite branches on all orders/deliveriesFleet management and maintenance booking of services,renewing license discs, daily vehicle checklist on all vehiclesRecord keeping of delivery trip sheets, checking invoices vs trip sheet to ensure all invoices are accounted forCredit note checks on stock returns and breakagesChecking of orders before trucks leave to ensure correct stock is loaded
