Position: Transport Broker (Long-haul) Industry: Transport / LogisticsLocation: Pretoria North - Gauteng, South AfricaSalary: Market relatedKey Responsibilities:Expand Client & Partner Networks: Identify and secure new long-haul clients and subcontractors.Client Needs Assessment: Gather client requirements for precise project alignment.Manage Freight Services: Obtain quotes, book freight services through subcontractors, and oversee transport process.Coordinate & Monitor: Ensure timely, undamaged deliveries and keep clients informed of any issues.Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate updates in the Fleet Management System.Qualifications:Education: Grade 12 (required); qualification in Logistics is a plus.Experience: 2-4 years in transport broking/logistics, with hands-on experience managing long-haul projects and subcontractor relationships.Languages: Proficiency in Afrikaans and English.Technical Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.Requirements:Drivers License and reliable transportLocation: Pretoria North Region (or willing to relocate)Availability: Mon-Fri, 07:00 17:00, with after-hours/weekend availability
