Resort and Conference Faciility seeking an experienced Executive Chef to manage multiple-outlet operation
* Min 5 yrs Exec Chef experience in 4 or 5-Star Hospitality establishments
* Tertiary culinary qualification essential
* Experience with mutiple-outlet operations
* Cullinary experience and a flair for African cuisine
* Stable track record with contactable references
* Good computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
* Valid RSA ID and Drivers License with own vehicle
