Key Responsibilities:Manage complex, multi-faceted transactionsInterpret and review financial modelsExecute Project Finance processes and timelinesClient management and liaisonImplement fundraising or transaction advisory workCoordinate feasibility studies and manage internal and external teamsSupervise modellers and junior support staffReport writing and presentation of findings to clientsRequirements:Qualifications: BCom / Finance, CA, or MBAIT Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reportingStaff Management: Ability to manage and assess multidisciplinary teams and present findings to clientsConsultant: Maritza Theron - Dante Personnel Midrand
