Transaction Advisor/Transactor

SA - Gauteng, CenturionMy client is looking for a skilled Transaction Advisor / Transactor with a strong background in project finance.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in a project finance environment, with exposure to infrastructure, energy, or mining sectors, and 4+ years in management or strategy consulting.
Key Responsibilities:Manage complex, multi-faceted transactionsInterpret and review financial modelsExecute Project Finance processes and timelinesClient management and liaisonImplement fundraising or transaction advisory workCoordinate feasibility studies and manage internal and external teamsSupervise modellers and junior support staffReport writing and presentation of findings to clients Requirements: Qualifications: BCom / Finance, CA, or MBAIT Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reportingStaff Management: Ability to manage and assess multidisciplinary teams and present findings to clients Consultant: Maritza Theron - Dante Personnel Midrand
