Reference: 9752 CMConsultant: ChristaMostertJob Description:Responsibilities include:Identify training needs i.e., technical skills, soft skills, formal training, and development.Design, implement, and manage tailored learning programmes to address specific needs.Design, implement, and manage employee growth opportunities through career development, leadership, and succession training and development plans.Manage community skills programmes and identify scarce and critical skills learning opportunities.Manage training and development budget.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in training and development / Senior Education or Bachelor's degree in training and development management – design and/or adult education.BHon degree in training and development management – design and/or adult education (ABET).Valid SA driver's license.Own reliable transport.Willing to travel.10 years of training facilitation, design & development experience, with a minimum of 4-5 years in training and development management, including:Assessment and evaluation of training needs.Developing training and development strategies and systems.Planning, designing, implementing, and organizing training interventions.Post-training assessment.Ongoing monitoring of individual progress and performance.Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs and take corrective action.Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, best practices, and latest trends.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, modern training techniques, and bridging skills gaps.Knowledge of the National Skills Development Act, SAQA, and other registered bodies, e.g., AgriSETA.How to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to ****** you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
