Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotels goals.Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top hospitality talent.Oversee employee relations and ensure a harmonious work environment.Administer performance management and employee development programs.Maintain compliance with labor regulations and hotel standards.Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.Foster a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and service excellence.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
