Design bar charts to meet specifications and approval of all parties concerned.Tracking of progress: Conduct visual progress inspections to verify progress as reported by site staff; discuss with site staff problems, potential problems, risks, trends and plan around obstacles. Escalate issues where applicable.Accordingly update bar charts. Discuss changes, progress and obstacles with clients and contractors. Update/inform/give feedback.
