Trails Guide

Candidate Requirements: This role is a senior position heading up the guide & maintenance department so leadership ability is a must The candidate will also fill in as Assistant Manager when the GMs are on leave Must have FGASA NQF4 as a minimum At least 3-4 years of experience as trails guide in a luxury lodge is advantageous FGASA Lead Trails is preferred, candidates with back-up trails will be considered if close to lead. Must have valid and up to date PDP, ARH, First Aid and NDT (North-West) An understanding of vehicle & lodge maintenance is an advantage as the candidate will head up the maintenance department Must be well presented, confident and well-spoken Must be passionate about conservation and guest experience Should be an excellent team player with a great work ethic Must reference incredibly well This is a live-in position, lodge and boarding provided, 6 weeks on 2 weeks off. Salary R15kpm neg doe.
